Layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavors from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavors, as they combine to form complex, soft flavors with sufficient body. The Huntsman Cabernet (Columbia Valley WA) This cab has just a touch of petit verdot to darken the color and deepen the flavor, while maintaining the classic character of an American cabernet. Lovely touches of earth, deep black and red fruit flavors on the palate, smooth tannins and a long finish all add up to a darkly delectable drink that’s versatile enough for almost any occasion. $16.99

Boen Pinot Noir (Ca) The first sip of the California Böen Pinot Noir envelops the mouth with a velvety richness. Flavors of bright cherry, dried herbs and hints of vanilla, is supple and sumptuous, to the finish. $19.99

Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve Chardonnay (Ca) Santa Barbara County is renowned as being one of California’s coolest grape growing regions due to its unique east-west running valleys running along the coast. Lush tropical fruit, lemon, lime and floral notes intertwine with nice minerality from the calciferous soils in the Santa Maria and Los Alamos Valleys. A touch of floral notes and a hint of vanilla and spice round out the rich, long finish. $16.99
